Excellence in Practice is pleased to announce that two new associates will be joining the team. Find out more:

Tina Teague
Tina spent the last six years supporting Primary Care development and helping GP surgeries to run more effectively and maximise their resources. During 2018/19 Tina was Chief Executive of East Devon Health – a federation of 13 GP practices, which provides services for 120,000 patients. Tina has extensive experience around service development, organisational development, change management and creating service resilience. 

James Davies
James brings a wide range of skills developed during a successful fifteen-year career in Primary Care Management. Having held various positions in Primary Care, including Managing Partner of a large CQC rated outstanding practice, Primary Care consultant focusing on IT support, Data Analysis and Practice Management, these varied roles have enabled him to develop his managerial, organisational, strategic and people skills.
