Throughout the creation of Excellence in Practice, Kernow health CIC has worked collaboratively with both colleagues and external organisations to develop a service that can add value to busy staff working in Cornish Practices. We would like to acknowledge our generous colleagues at OneCare in Bristol, who kindly shared their experiences from their practice support offer and provided a number of tools we were able to adapt for local use. Headed up by Chief Executive, Ruth Taylor, OneCare is the GP Federation working across Bristol North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
